Urs Truly Photography was created from a lifelong love of capturing the moments that tell our stories.
Long before this became my business, I was the girl going through disposable cameras, photographing family, friends and everyday moments simply because I wanted to remember them. By high school, I was studying photography and realizing that what started as something I loved was becoming part of who I am.
Today, Urs Truly Photography is where that passion meets creativity.
I photograph portraits, seniors, families, athletes, events and life’s biggest milestones with a style that is bold, authentic and story-driven. I love creating images that show more than what someone looked like in a moment—I want you to remember what it felt like.

Hey, I’m Celie, the photographer behind Urs Truly Photography.
I’m a wife, mom, creative, and storyteller who believes photography should feel like more than just posing in front of a camera. I want your photos to capture your personality, your energy, and the story behind the moment.
My style is bold, authentic, and true-to-color, with a focus on creating images that actually feel like you. Whether I’m photographing a senior stepping into their next chapter, an athlete showing off their confidence, a family making memories, or an event full of once-in-a-lifetime moments, I’m always looking for the story inside the frame.

Meet My Right Hand- Onja!
Meet Onja — my best friend of 25 years and my go-to right hand behind Urs Truly Photography.
She’s the one I bounce ideas off of, helps pose clients, fixes hair, hypes everybody up, holds equipment, and makes sure I don’t leave anything behind.
She also captures a lot of my behind-the-scenes content during sessions, and she genuinely has a natural eye for it. Some of the clips you see of me working, directing, and creating during sessions are all her.
Onja brings such a fun, supportive energy to every shoot and helps me keep everything flowing so I can stay focused on creating.
So if you see her at your session, just know she’s part of the Urs Truly experience too — helping you look good, feel confident, and capturing a little of the magic happening behind the camera.
